Located on a hillside amidst ponderosa, fir and oak, the community will have a walking trail down to Wolf Creek, with several acres long the creek preserved as open space. Family friendly Wolf Creek Commons will be next door to the all-adult Wolf Creek Lodge cohousing community, and both communities will be a block away from all kinds of shopping, groceries, restaurants and a health club. The project is just a short bicycle ride from historic downtown Grass Valley.

Community members include musicians, teachers, a nurse, landscape architect, financial planner, accountant, film producer, environmental planner, chiropractor, children and retirees. The group has monthly business meetings and ongoing social events. We secured planning approvals last year and plan to break ground in the Summer 2008. Seniority for the purpose of home selection is based on when members join the group.
