New Community Launching Near Sacramento

A beautiful site has been secured in Orangevale, California, totaling 3.5 acres atop a gentle hillside. Located in a suburban residential area, it is near schools and a grocery store, restaurant and fitness center. The land is very fertile, with many trees and rich soil; the core group envisions edible landscaping, generous common facilities and a swimming pool.

The community will have 35 homes, ranging in size from approximately 850 square feet, two bedroom flats to 1700 square feet, four bedroom townhomes. Prices are projected to range from approximately $340,000 to $600,000, in 2009 prices. The project is anticipated to be completed in mid to late 2009.
